This one's a little shorter and looks better overall, I inked everything in manga studio and then vectorized it in flash. Also took less time because the tools in MS do what I fucking tell them to do.
Perfect combination.
I've decided after minimal deliberation. All personal comics by me in the future will be done in this format. It's too flexible and punchy to ignore.
Eat my shit Scott McCloud! I'm doing it better than you ever could!
Now If only I could get the text bubbles looking better...
I looked back through it twice and I guess I'm crazy cause I don't see it anymore. I think maybe I was a little thrown off by some of the longer scenes where the image stays but the dialogue goes on for a bit (like when she is pinching the kid's cheek) but only because it was slow-going as I read the dialogue the first time. So yeah I dunno.
ANYWAYS. Keep on doin' it! I'm gunna go back to not sleeping.
Ultimately this means I can definitely fine tune a few things in the next one. To expect my reader to be fresh as a daisy and sharp when they read this is not realistic. I should add more drawings to break up the dialogue.
More drawings means better direction, which means it's easier to read.
I like this format. I think some of the timing was a little wonky, especially in the second half, but I'm looking forward to moooore!
It's baaad!
But thanks!

But thankya as always! Go get some not-sleep!
I'm not recommending this webcomic (although I've read all of it), just showing the example. :3
